Exchanges and store credits are free for mainland France, Germany, and the Benelux countries. In case of a refund request, a fee of €5 will be deducted from the refunded amount; this amount can, however, be reused as a store credit. You can consult the eligibility list below. If you are not eligible, return shipping costs and any customs fees will remain at your expense.
