Did your package arrive damaged?
To help us understand what happened with the carrier, please send us a few photos of the package (exterior and interior) as well as the affected items. This will allow us to process your request and find a solution as quickly as possible.
Is an item missing from your package?
First of all, please check your "My Orders" section to see if your items were shipped in two separate packages (this happens sometimes!).If this is not the case and an item is indeed missing:
