🔄 How to return your order in 5 steps
1️⃣ Log in to your customer account
Select your order and click “Return my order”.
2️⃣ Choose your return option
👉 Exchange or store credit: return shipping is free.
It is now possible to exchange your item for another product or color, depending on availability.
If the desired item is no longer in stock, you can request a store credit valid for one year for a future purchase.
👉 Refund: a €5 participation fee will be applied.
No worries — this amount is instantly credited back to you as a €5 voucher, usable with no minimum purchase on your next order. 🛍️
3️⃣ Download and print your return label
Your label is available in your confirmation email or directly in your customer account.
📌 Can’t print it? Contact us and we’ll help you find the best solution.
4️⃣ Prepare your parcel
Place the items in their original packaging (with tags) and insert the return slip inside.
Attach the return label to the outside of the parcel.
✂️ If you reuse the original box, make sure to remove or cover the old label.
5️⃣ Drop off your return
Leave your parcel at the pickup point indicated on your label.
ℹ️ Important information
⚠️ One label = one return.
🚚 Returns are:
Free for exchanges and store credits.
€5 fee for refunds (deducted from the refund amount).
💌 A €5 voucher will be automatically sent to you, valid with no minimum purchase on your next order.
