You have 14 days to return any item that does not suit you. This period starts as soon as your package is officially marked as delivered:

• For home delivery: The countdown begins on the day of delivery (either in person or in your mailbox).

• At a collection point: The period begins the moment it is received by the merchant. We advise you to pick it up without delay to make the most of your 14-day reflection period!

Once this 14-day period has passed, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept the return.
