Whether you have received a gift or a store credit following a return, here is everything you need to know about using your balance:

1. Validity period

• Gift card purchased on the website: It is valid for one year from its date of purchase.

• Gift card issued from a return (Store Credit): Good news, it has  no expiry date. It is considered a means of payment and remains available until you decide to use it.

2. Flexible use

• Partial use: You do not have to spend it all at once! Our vouchers can be used multiple times, as long as there is an available balance left.

• Combining offers: Please note that promotional discounts (such as the 10% off your first order) cannot be combined with other ongoing promo codes. This allows us to offer you the fairest prices throughout the year.

3. Where to use it?
As specified in our terms and conditions, our vouchers and gift cards are valid exclusively on our online store and cannot be used at our partner retailers.
