  • Use your tracking number: This is the most accurate method. You will find it on the shipping label you printed. By entering it on the carrier's website, you will know exactly where your package is.

  • The confirmation email: As soon as our logistics team receives and scans your package at our facility, we will automatically send you an email to reassure you.


You have not received our email yet?
This means your package is still on its way or currently being processed by us. If the carrier's tracking indicates that we received it more than 10 business days ago and you have not heard from us, please do not hesitate to contact us so we can check this together.
