How to request a refund?Updated 21 days ago
Have you changed your mind? No problem. We process refund requests with the utmost care. Here is how to proceed:
1. The return request
You have 14 days after delivery to start the process from your Customer Account ("My Account" section). Click on "Return my order" and choose the "Refund" option.
2. Shipping your items
Print your label and prepare your parcel (items with labels should remain in their original packaging). Then drop it off at the designated collection point or at any other Chronopost collection point of your choice.
Tip: Keep your proof of postage safe, as it is your guarantee.
3. Return fees
A €4.90 contribution is deducted from your refund to cover shipping costs.
This is FREE for our Club Gold or Platinum members.
Bonus: If these fees apply to you, we will offer you a €5 voucher (with no minimum purchase required), automatically credited as soon as your return is validated.
4. Deadlines and payment
As soon as our team scans your package at the warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email.
Processing: Allow 3 to 10 business days (up to 14 days during sales periods).
Payment: Once approved, the money will appear back in your original payment method within 48 to 72 hours, depending on your bank’s processing times (in the case of a full or partial return, the refund will first be credited to the gift card, with any remaining balance (if applicable) credited to your credit card)

If you have received no confirmation after this period, please check the tracking on your proof of postage and contact us with your order number. We will look into it together immediately.
