How to make an exchange?Updated 21 days ago

Would you like to change the size or the model? This is entirely possible and the exchange procedure is FREE of charge.


1. Start the process
You have 14 days after the delivery of your package to make your request:

  1. Go to your Customer Account ("My Account" section).

  2. Select your order and click on the "Return my order" button.

  3. Choose the "Exchange" option.


2. Choose your type of exchange
Two options are available to you depending on your preferences:

  • Exchange for the same product: If you simply want a different size for the ordered item.

  • Exchange for a different product: If you have ultimately fallen for another model from our collection.
    If the new item is more expensive, you will be charged the difference. Conversely, if the price is lower, we will refund the difference to your original order.

  • Exchange for a voucher: If you’d like to order again later.


3. Prepare and drop off your package

  • The label: Download the shipping label received by email or via your customer account.

  • The package: Put the items back into their original packaging with their tags attached. Slip the return slip inside and stick the label onto the package.

  • The drop-off: Drop it off at the indicated CHRONOPOST collection point. Do not forget to keep your proof of postage safe.


4. Processing time
As soon as your package is received by our logistics team, you will receive a confirmation email. Then, allow 3 to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed and for your new item to be shipped to you.
