How to make a return?Updated 21 days ago
You have 14 days after receiving your package to change your mind. We have designed a simple procedure to guide you through:
1. Start the process
Go to your Customer Account ("My Account" section). Select your order and click on "Return my order".You can also use the direct link at the bottom of this page.
2. Choose your option
Exchange or Store Credit: It is FREE.
Refund: A €4.90 contribution is deducted to cover part of the shipping costs.
Exception: This is FREE for our Club Gold and Platinum members.
Bonus: If you pay this €4.90 fee, we will automatically credit you with a €5 voucher (with no minimum purchase required) as soon as your return is validated. It is our way of saying thank you!
3. Prepare and drop off your package
Label: Download it from your customer account or your email inbox.
Package: Put the items (with their tags attached) back into the original packaging and stick the shipping label on top.
Drop-off: Drop it off at the collection point indicated on the label, or at any other Chronopost collection point of your choice. Please keep your proof of drop-off.
4. Track the processing
Once your package is received, we will send you a confirmation email. Processing then takes between 3 and 10 business days. If you have not heard from us after this period, please do not hesitate to contact us, stating your order number.
