• Processing by our teams: Once your package is received and scanned by our teams, we process your return within 3 to 10 business days (this period can take up to 14 days during sales periods). You will receive a confirmation email as soon as this step is validated.

• The transfer to your account: Once the refund is approved on our end, the funds will appear in your account within 48 to 72 hours (this timeframe then depends solely on your bank's processing times).
