All orders placed from Thursday, November 27th, benefit from an extended return period until January 7th inclusive.
If you chose home delivery, the return period starts from the moment your package is marked as delivered.
For pickup point delivery, this period also begins as soon as the package is marked as delivered, not when it is collected.
