Don’t worry, we’re keeping an eye on your package for you! Here are the two easiest ways to find out where it is:
On our website: Go to our tracking page, enter your order number and postcode, and track your parcel with complete peace of mind.
By email: As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a confirmation email containing a direct tracking link.
Quick tip: Check your spam folder, our emails sometimes hide there.
In your customer account: Log into your account and go to the "My Orders" section. Everything is updated there in real time.
Still can't find anything? If your order was placed less than 24 hours ago (excluding weekends and public holidays), don't worry: we are probably carefully preparing it before handing it over to the carrier. If it has been longer than that, just send us a quick message and we will get back to you right away!
