Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?Updated a month ago
A small oversight? It happens to the best of us!Since we prepare your packages on the same day or the following day, it is impossible for us to modify or cancel an order once it has been validated. But do not panic, we always have a solution:
An error in your address?
If the package cannot be delivered, it will automatically be returned to us. As soon as we receive it, we will reach out to you and resend it to the correct address. Just send us a quick message to let us know, and we will handle the rest!
Want to change an item or changed your mind?
That is completely your right. As soon as you receive your package, you can return it to us very easily.
Here is how to make a return:
Head to your customer account.
Click on "My Orders" and then on the return button.
Print your label and drop off the package at your usual collection point.
